Night Skies West Kirby, Wirral

Buy Me
Sunset, The Wirral, West Kirby
Saturday had been planned thanks to the weather forecast perceived on the Friday night before ie. rain and just about everywhere I normally headed for a photoshoot.

Mate had come down to give his support to Classroom in the Clouds at the Kaboodle Ludlow and Church Stretton Quiz night at the local Plough Inn Wistanstow so it had been a very late night before.

We were determined to be up and out despite the weather to be at Port Sunlight and the Lady Lever Museum and Art Gallery for 10 am. Hey, Ho :)

Best laid plans of Mice and Men! I could not get myself up and be moving before 10 so it was nearing 11 by the time we set off. Having spent a fantastic few hours wandering the most magnificent space that is the Lady Lever Museum we decided to hit the coast and see if we could maybe grab a sunset if not too late.

We were a tad too late but wow those clouds were something else. My fingers were nearly as blue as the sky by the time we had finished took a while with the heater on full for them to forgive me and come back to be of any use.

West Kirby, we will return!
